Absolutely! A great coat of paste sealant prior to winter also helps immensely.

I don’t even use paste sealants, there’s spray on wipe and buff and when time is short and weather not on your side, snow foam on and pressure rinse off then dry, the great thing is it gets everywhere water gets to, so it’s all sealed.
